Kettlebell: A self-paced, one hour class that includes a warm-up, a cool down, ab blaster moves and great stretches. It Combines resistance training & cardio training in one power-packed workout! Kettlebell is offered as a 6 week class. $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Call now to find out the start date of the next session!

Zumba: Classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.  Zumba class is $5.00 for members and $7.00 for non-members, per class.


Zumba Gold: Targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Yoga: A mixed level basic class designed to teach the fundamentals of yoga while improving strength, balance, flexibility and inner peace.
